Monterey Jack-Crab Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
2 English muffins, separated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can crabmeat, flaked
dash of white pepper
Preparation

Toast the English muffins.
Mix the crab, mayonnaise and pepper together; spread on English muffins.
Cover each muffin with a slice of Monterey Jack and brown for a few minutes under the broiler.
