Chicken Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large pkg. crescent rolls
    4 boiled chicken breasts
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Mix chicken and cream cheese.
    Roll out rolls and add 1 teaspoon chicken mixture.
    Seal rolls.
    Bake in buttered pan (using the 1/2 stick of butter) until done.
    Heat soup and water; mix well.
    Pour over rolls (don't brown rolls).
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
