Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 chopped onion
    1 can enchilada sauce
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    cheese (to top layers)
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain.
    Add tomatoes, soup and enchilada sauce.
    Layer in large casserole dish the soft tortillas, then meat mixture, then grated cheese.
    Then end with layers of cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 35 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
