Hot Potato Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. all-purpose potatoes
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    salt
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into 1/16-inch thick slices.
    Toss slices with oil in a large bowl.
    Heat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Spread potato slices in single layers on baking sheets.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes until browned and crisp.
    Slide slices onto a serving plate lined with a paper napkin and sprinkle lightly with salt.
