Kentucky Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can creamed corn
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into a well-greased skillet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
