Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine cooking oil and sugar.
Add eggs, chopped apples, nuts and vanilla.
Stir.
Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
Bake 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
