Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

3 C. Sugar
1 C. Salad Oil
4 Large Eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz) can Pumpkin
3 1\\2 C. Flour
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1\\2 tsp. Ground Cloves
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Allspice
2\\3 C. Water
1-1 1\\2 C. Pecans, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Using an electric mixer, combine sugar, oil and eggs. Beat until light and fluffy. Stir in pumpkin. Combine dry ingredients and stir into pumpkin mixture. Add water and nuts, mixing well. Spoon batter into 2 well greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 75 min.
