Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green peppers
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. rice
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 jar pimento
Preparation
    Cook onion and pepper in 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Cook.
    Melt cheese; cook rice per directions.
    Combine all together and bake in oven for 30 minutes in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
