Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 c. cheese crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Cook broccoli 5 minutes; drain well.
Combine other ingredients (except cracker crumbs) to make sauce.
Then combine with broccoli.
Pour into casserole.
Sprinkle top with cheese cracker crumbs.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes.
This may be refrigerated or frozen before baking.
Serves 12.
