Healthy Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. ground beef
    4 small, sliced carrots
    2 stalks sliced celery
    1 can drained bean sprouts
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 small, diced onion
    1/4 head shredded cabbage
Preparation
    Cook beef in heavy skillet; drain off all fat.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake until carrots and cabbage are tender.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Use any spices or herbs that you wish.
