Roasted Tomato And Basil Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. plum tomatoes, seeded and very coarsely chopped
1/2 c. chopped fresh basil
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. dried, crushed red pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients in 1-quart casserole dish.
Bake until tomatoes are soft (about 30 minutes). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
