Halibut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. halibut steaks or filets
    1 to 2 minced garlic cloves
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. chopped chives
    bread crumbs
    1 bunch chopped green onions
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saut garlic in butter. Rinse and pat dry the fish.
    Coat in butter mixture, then in bread crumbs.
    Layer in buttered casserole; top with green onions.
    Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and Parmesan cheese with chives.
    Spoon over fish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until fish flakes with fork.
