Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 pork chops
    1 can beef broth bouillon
    1 c. uncooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 stick oleo
    1/2 onion, diced
    1 can water
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 small can mushrooms, diced
Preparation
    Brown chops in skillet.
    Meanwhile, put onions and oleo in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and brown in oven.
    While these are browning, put water, soy sauce and beef broth in a boiler and heat to boiling.
    Sprinkle uncooked rice over onions.
    Add the liquids from boiler.
    Add seasonings.
    Place chops around in casserole. Cover and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
