Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 bananas, beaten to a pulp
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat together vegetable oil and sugar.
    Add eggs and bananas. Beat well.
    Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add to first mixture and add milk and vanilla.
    Beat well and add chopped nuts.
    Pour in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan (greased and floured).
    Bake 1 hour or more at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean from the center.
