Ingredients

5 c. rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces
5 c. sugar
1 c. water or pineapple juice
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry Jell-O
Preparation

Combine rhubarb, sugar and water or juice. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Add pineapple and bring to a boil again. Cook 10 minutes more. Remove from heat and quickly stir in Jell-O. Put in jars and seal. Makes 4 to 6 pints.
