Shawn'S Creamy Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Let cream cheese sit out 30 minutes to soften.
In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Mix very well, the better you mix, the smoother the cheesecake will be.
Pour mixture into crust and bake for 40 minutes.
Let cool in refrigerator overnight.
