Spinach, Cheese And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 medium onion, chopped or use 1 c. frozen
    2 1/2 c. low-fat milk
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients and place in a buttered 2-quart ovenproof casserole with a tight-fitting lid. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is cooked through.
    (Baking time may vary depending on the type of casserole used.) Makes 6 servings.
