Tuscan Bean Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cannellini beans
    2 large yellow onions, chopped
    6 garlic cloves, minced
    4 to 6 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. Parmigiano, grated
    sprig of fresh thyme
Preparation
    Saut chopped onions until translucent.
    Add minced garlic and continue cooking until golden.
    Mix in cannellini beans and thyme leaves.
    Cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
    Pour bean mixture into food processor and process until smooth, adding grated Parmigiano and 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil.
    Serve on baguette toasts.
