Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound hamburger
    1 egg white
    1/3 c. onion
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp horseradish
    1 12 oz. jar brown gravy
    1 can sauerkraut (14 oz.)
    2 cans, cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. of minced onion
    salt & pepper
Preparation
    Cook together in crock pot on high for 1 hour or on low for as long as you please.
