Western Corn-On-The-Cob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 ears sweet corn
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    Combine margarine, mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper. Cream until light and fluffy.
    Lightly spread over corn.
    Wrap loosely in foil.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle remaining mixture with parsley.
    Serve with corn.
