Sweet Potato Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
3 Tbsp. flour (scant)
2 eggs
1 large can Carnation or Pet milk
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring (or lemon is good)
Preparation

Cream the sugar and margarine; add eggs, sweet potatoes, milk and flavoring.
(Add flour with sugar.)
Makes enough filling for 2 pie shells.
Full unbaked shells and bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
