Skillet Potato Dinner(Super Easy, Super Fast, Super Good) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 lb. fully cooked ham (1 1/2 c.)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In a large skillet, cook frozen broccoli according to directions.
Drain and set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons of skim milk, cornstarch, mustard, basil and pepper.
In the skillet, stir the cornstarch mixture and remaining milk.
Cook and stir over medium heat, until mixture is thick and bubbly.
Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Stir in broccoli, potatoes, ham cubes and 2 tablespoons of the cheese.
Cover and cook until the mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with remaining cheese before serving.
Makes 4 (1 1/4-cup) servings.
