Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 lemon (juice and rind)
    1 c. hot water
    1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (large)
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine lemon Jell-O and hot water; mix constantly until syrupy.
    Whip 3/4 of a large can Pet milk (cold); add juice of lemon, little at a time.
    Milk will become very stiff; fold into Jell-O mixture.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; add to Jell-O mixture.
    Spoon into graham cracker crust.
    Pat some crumbs on top and chill.
