Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. lard
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt together in a bowl.
    Cut in lard.
    Sprinkle with water.
    Mix all together.
    Roll out on a floured surface. Put in a 9-inch pie pan and bake 8 to 10 minutes at 475\u00b0.
