Tiny Christmas Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2/3 c. currant jelly
    36 small ripe strawberries or cherries (frozen)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Line 3 dozen 1 3/4-inch muffin tins with paper baking cups.
