Homemade Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. old fashioned oats
    1 c. untoasted wheat germ
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. coconut
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. honey
    1/3 c. oil (optional)
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In saucepan, mix peanut butter, honey, oil, milk and salt. Pour dry ingredients and stir.
    Add sauce mixture.
    Pour into broiler pan.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Stir and bake 10 more minutes.
    Store in tightly covered container.
