Greek Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. cardamon
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. apple, peeled and grated
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. raisins, plumped in hot water
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender.
    Add cardamon, orange rind, butter, apple and raisins.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add to 2 cups cooked rice and serve immediately. Serves 6.
    (Uncooked rice increases 4 times.)
