Lo-Cal Chili - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. dried onions
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. chili seasoning
8 oz. red beans
8 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. water
Preparation

Cook ground turkey and seasonings.
Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 to 30 minutes.
