Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 sticks butter
    2 boxes powdered sugar
    chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Melt cheese and butter together over low heat.
    Add vanilla. In a bowl dump powdered sugar and cocoa.
    Stir until blended. Pour cheese mixture into sugar and cocoa bowl.
    Stir well until stiff and smooth.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place in refrigerator to cool.
