Hot Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage, chopped and cooked
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook cabbage and drain. Keep warm. In a double boiler, cook egg yolks, water, butter, salt and vinegar until thick, stirring constantly. Add cabbage and reheat.
