Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rice (uncooked)
    1/2 c. milk
    10 oz. raw broccoli
    1 onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 stick melted butter
    Velveeta cheese
    1 c. crushed crackers
Preparation
    Cook rice until done; add next 5 ingredients.
    Add as much Velveeta as desired; put crackers on top.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
