Savoir-Faire Bread And Butter Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 to 30 medium cucumbers
    8 large white onions
    2 large bell peppers
    1/2 c. salt
    5 c. cider vinegar (3 medium bottles)
    5 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Wash cucumbers and slice thin.
    Chop onions and bell peppers. Combine cucumbers, onions and bell peppers.
    Add salt.
    Cover and let stand for 3 hours.
    After 3 hours, drain ingredients.
