Sunday Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. rump roast
    onions (2 medium size)
    potatoes
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put meat in roast pan.
    Cut and quarter onions; put in roast pan and cover.
    Approximately 1/2 hour check and see if starting to brown in pan.
    Add 1 cup water.
    Cook approximately 2 hours.
    Depends on size of meat.
    The last 45 minutes, peel and quarter potatoes.
    Make sure liquid in pan will cover part of potatoes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover. Dinner is ready when potatoes are done.
