Lemon Pie A'La Suzanne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 saltines
    5 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 lemon (juice and rind)
    1 pie crust, unbaked
Preparation
    Roll crackers out to very fine crumbs.
    Put sugar in bowl with crackers, add juice and rind.
    Then add egg yolks, mix.
    Pour into raw crust.
    Bake in moderate oven until filling is no longer runny.
