Caramel Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    4 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add sugar and nuts.
    Add flour and soda; mix well.
    Add beaten egg yolks and vanilla.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into 9 x 15-inch pan.
    Bake for about 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
