Broccoli-Tomato Chicken(Single Serving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch strips
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. fresh broccoli florets
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. dried thyme
    2 cherry tomatoes, cut into wedges
    pepper and seasonings to taste
Preparation
    Season chicken.
    In medium size skillet sprayed with Pam, cook chicken and onion until chicken is opaque, about 8 minutes. Add broccoli, lemon juice, thyme and other seasonings to taste. Cover and simmer for 6 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer, covered, 3 to 4 minutes until hot.
