Seafood Pasta Salad(Insalata Di Pesca E Pasta) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettucine
    1/2 c. black olives, sliced
    1/2 c. green pimento olives, sliced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. yogurt (plain)
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 avocado, cubed
Preparation
    Cook fettucine according
    to
    package directions; drain well. Combine
    olives,
    mayonnaise
    and
    yogurt.
    Fold
    in crabmeat. Whisk lemon juice,
    oil,
    vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper together.
    Gently fold in avocado cubes.
    Combine olive mixture with fettucini and
    gently
    add oil and vinegar dressing.
    Chill and serve.
    Garnish
    with more olives.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings as main course.
    This is great on a buffet table.
