Italian Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini
    oleo
    chopped onions
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 or 2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 large can drained tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Peel, slice and saute zucchini in oleo and chopped onions. Layer in large pan, well oiled:
    1/2 sauteed zucchini, salt and pepper (sprinkle), parsley flakes, oregano, tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender.
