Triple Orange Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. angel food cake mix
2 (11 oz. each) cans mandarin orange segments (undrained)
2 (4 serving size) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1 qt. orange sherbet
1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
additional whipped topping (for garnish)
mint leaves (for garnish)
Preparation

Prepare, bake and cool cake following package directions. Drain mandarin oranges, reserving juice.
Set mandarin oranges aside.
Bring 1 cup reserved juice to boil.
Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
Pour into large bowl.
Add sherbet, stirring until melted.
Fold in whipped topping.
