Chocolate Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 vanilla wafers
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    2 egg yolks
    2 beaten egg whites
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Roll vanilla wafers into fine crumbs (1 1/2 cups).
    Sift powdered sugar, cocoa and salt.
    Cream butter.
    Add to mixture with egg yolks.
    Beat well.
    Fold in beaten egg whites; add nuts and vanilla.
    Put layer of crumbs in buttered dish.
    Add mixture and put layer of crumbs on top.
    Serve with whipped cream.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
