Alex'S Favorite Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    dash of pepper
    2/3 c. dry white wine
    parsley
Preparation
    Combine butter and oil in frying pan.
    Cook mushrooms slowly. Sprinkle with onion salt, garlic salt and pepper.
    Add wine; cover.
    Cook slowly for 5 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley and serve.
    Serves 6.
