Dad'S Peanut Butter Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 jar peanut butter
2 c. milk
4 c. sugar
1 stick butter

Preparation

Boil milk and sugar until it forms a ball in cold water.
Add peanut butter; do not stir.
Take butter and grease down a pan, about 13 x 9-inch.
Put rest of butter into pot.
Wait until it cools, then stir peanut butter until smooth.
Pour into greased pan.
Let set and cool for 1 to 2 hours.
Makes 2 dozen.
