Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped apples
2 c. rhubarb, chopped
2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place fruit in large bowl.
Sift dry ingredients over fruit and mix.
Beat eggs until lemon colored and thick.
Pour over fruit.
Put in buttered casserole and sprinkle with topping.
