Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
4 lb. powdered sugar
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. cocoa
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

In double boiler, melt cheese and butter.
Add vanilla.
In a separate large bowl, mix together powdered sugar and cocoa.
Add to melted mixture and mix well.
Spray pan with Pam.
With your fingers, lightly pat fudge into pan.
Top with nuts if desired. Chill at least two hours before cutting.
