Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 eggs
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Brown ground beef in skillet.
Drain.
Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
Stir in ground beef and remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean.
Freezes well.
(I always make two; one to eat and one to freeze.)
