Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    1 lb. breakfast sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    5 to 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut crust off bread; butter on both sides.
    Lay in 9 x 13-inch pan, covering bottom of pan.
    Mix eggs, half and half and salt together; set aside.
