Egg Jelly(Passed Down 5 Generations In Dudley Family) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    bacon or sausage drippings
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and about one teaspoon nutmeg.
    Pour into skillet where you have bacon
    or sausage drippings and stir constantly until mixture boils or is frothy.
    Remove from stove and serve over hot buttered biscuits.
