Granny'S Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can (12 oz. size) tomato sauce
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 small (1 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
    5 to 6 flour tortillas
    1 can chili beans
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Drain excess fat.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Add tomato sauce and chili beans. Add chopped pepper.
    Heat.
    Layer tortillas and the beef mixture in a deep greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour. Garnish with chopped tomato and chopped green pepper.
    I serve it with sour cream also.
