Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small banana, sliced
1 orange, peeled, seeded and sectioned
1 small apple (unpeeled), diced
1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Combine fruit in a large bowl.
Add orange juice concentrate; toss gently.
Cover and chill.
Serve on lettuce.
