Carrot Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can tuna
1/4 c. onion (green and dried)
1 c. shredded carrot
1 c. diced celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. shoestring potatoes
Preparation

Mix tuna, onion, carrot, celery and mayonnaise.
This can be done the day before serving.
Just before serving, add shoestring potatoes.
Serve on a lettuce leaf garnished as desired.
